Hatless was probably something like the Mac and Scream fortress update, one that adds Minor stuff because they have bigger stuff coming soon.
what i mean is that it could either be At Most a month away, At The Very Optimistic Least it would be today.

Hatless update wasn't major, it was minor. It just updated some weapons and stuff. Why do people think hatless is major? And it's not like they just started working on these weapons.

Monday (tonight): New Sniper Set + Custom Badge + Meet the Medic Script 1
Tuesday: Black Market Heavy + Raid Mode + New Map(s) + MtM Script 2
Wednesday: Mean Medicine + New Hats/New non-set Weapons + Script 3
Thursday: 1001 Demoknights + Isotopes + New Rarity + Meet the Medic!
Friday: Junkyard Hero + Closing Remarks + Whatever else + MtM Outtakes + Update now live!
Obviously the order is not really important, but there's supposedly 5 new sets, which would allow 1 a day until Friday when the update goes live.
Wait, I got confused. They update the game with a set each day, so you actually get to use it, or do they just SAY what weapons you get, and you have to wait till you get them?

The way day-by-day updates have always worked is that just new information/media is revealed every day, and it goes live on the final day along with the final information.
I hope the update is soon, Brink is coming out next week and I'm gonna be too busy playing that to play any TF2 update.

They've never done that before. Possibly because updating the game 5 times in a week isn't exactly what they want to do: sitting around, waiting for it to compile :v:
I kinda miss the day by day updates, they haven't done that kind of update in a while.
It could be WEEKS away. Don't get your hopes up on anything soon.

I think that one is newer. I'm not fond of it, either.
The other set/variants from the same guy looked more 'clean' to me.
The Tommygun version of the Minigun is newer.
