But SPUF can't prove that it's the leaked update. Also, you worded it wrong, the way you've said it is effectively "Unless you can prove it's the major update (not bug fixes), we can hope it's the major update.". While it is technically true, it just doesn't really make sense to say that.

Well, even if it isn't the update, updates that add content are Mandatory updates. It's mandatory because servers that don't update, can't handle/process people who updated that have new stuff.

Mandatory means required. New items aren't required.. They're wanted. Bug fixes, are required because they can be game breaking. In this case, tf2 won't start up for people.

They are still called Mandatory even if they are "wanted". Every time a major update arrives it's "required".

I swear to god I am never opening another crate. I have 6 keys but I'm just going to use them to try to get a Team Captain hat, or whatever else is a crate only hat.
This game needs more good all class hats.
