Wow guys, you are really that hardcore to calculate the day and hour from the nothing? You know, there is a lot of stuff in the way, but sure we forget something very important: Most of the people in Valve is working in the DLC for Portal 2 and DOTA so chill out, let the updates come to you, no you to them.
I honestly don't expect an update of such magnitude so soon after the Hatless update.
They have their own teams for each game. Portal 2s team is working on their DLC. TF2s team is working on shipping this update.

And that why the update wont come early as we want. The tf2 team is small at this very moment.
I'd like to say the teams are all the same size, but I don't know that. And you don't know that the tf2 is small.
