The Saxxy Awards page also has a little bubble saying "Heavy enough to kill a man with!" underneath the trophy. Perhaps the prize for winning a category is literally an all-class Saxxy trophy melee weapon? The video says it's 75% australiam, too. Golden Wrench effect re-use, probably.
