A good example being the mystery around the pyro's gender.
I'm not so sure about mega heavy. The picture it self looks acurate with the comic's art style, but the back ground of where the photograph is placed seems off... I cant really put my finger on it.

I have a hunch the creator of the connoisseur's cap made the Demoman set. He had been working on a scepter and turban for Demoman and it doesn't seem like there'd be much of a stretch that he managed to make more in the year since we last saw his WIP.
Plus I know he has more items being put in the game.

but we know the boss will almost certainly use a classes animations
If it's Saxton Hale, I bet they'll use Heavy's frame for the animations since he has a punch and he's also the bulkiest class.
Either that or Soldier and he'll awkward punch will one hand like he has a blunt object in his fist.

Yes but it was blown up by the comunity, I highly doubt the pyro gender thing was intended but when the community took notice to the purse and started the gender argument valve decided to run with it.

The RED Pyro is actually the BLU Pyro in a red suit and vice-versa. But it turns out HE'S the one being spied upon, BECAUSE THE RED AND BLU TEAMS ARE ALSO DISGUISING AS ONE ANOTHER AND EVERYONE IS FEMALE. Except for the BLU Engineer, for some reason.
And that Pyro grew up to be...me.

1. We know hardly anything about the Pyro compared to other classes so Valve could do anything with him/her
2. Source Film Maker public release
3. I already have seen Meet the Medic and its "surprises"
