Well, Hoodie is actually craftable and it's one of the new hats so I think its value is around 4 keys;
Scotch Bonnet is worth like 1,5-2 keys;
Peculiarity is 2/3 keys; same thing for the mountain cap (probably 3 keys instead of 2);
Stash and belt is one refined each;
Sola Topi, crown, drill's hat and Tyrolean are 1 key each too
