It has gone down from 1,5 buds to 1; today I bought one for v. Physician's Procedure Mask, painted black, Teddy Roosebelt and g. TS'd potato hat (the guy actually added some metals as sweetners). I think that your offer is pretty fair; if you can throw in a refined, it will be nice.

I think any paint that isnt Team Spirit, Black, or White is worth 2-3 scraps at most.
