hello one and all, and welcome to my first raffle, when i do things, i do them big, so for all of you that want a promo hat for a non promo, or a vintage, or even another promo, well, THIS IS UR LUCKY DAY.

U may be asking at this point "what are u raffling off here, u just told me how I can get it, but I have no clue what I am trying to get here" that my friend is a good question, which I will answer in the next few lines.

here are my rules

1. Entry fee is 1 hat, 2 refined, or 1 key.
2. I DO NOT accept gibuses, alien swarm, or Ellis hats
3. there will be 20 spots avalable, if more are needed then so be it.
4. FOR THE NEXT 5 hours i will be IN-GAME waiting on entry fees, just copy and paste my steam profile in the send trade options. from there u can send in ur hat, and request a number, make sure to post it here first tho.

Not much more than a regular milkman, might be able to squeeze an extra reclaimed or two but most collectors have already finished their collections so good luck.

2 ref = 1 key
Milkman = 1 key 1 ref (possibly 2 keys due to level)

Its a total of three keys, last time I checked people were asking for 4 keys.

I try to collect so that I can get hats I want on demand, but thats not working out so I got a spine chilling skull instead- it is quite the hat, I really like it.
