Quick Question, i have a normal Bills Hat. but i acquired it by pre-ordering L4D2 before items were made vintage, so how come some Bills Hats are vintage and some aren't when they could only have been acquired at one time only in one way.

Pre-order items didn't turn Vintage. But there was/is another way of turning items like those Vintage, which I won't say here because then a shitton of people will use that trick. PM'd you about that.
