Eh hotrod isn't the best or most popular engie hat, so I'd say 2 ref at best. A stainless pot is even worse, actually it probably [I]is [/I]the worst soldier hat, so maybe 1 ref 1 rec for it.
But hey, if you like the pot go for it man. It's all a matter of preference.

Sit down and I will spin you a manly yarn of a journey to acquire an item for my favorite class. You see, this weekend I got a total of 3 hat drops, one of them being a sight for sore eyes. I thought to myself "wow, this is great! I can get it for this certainly!". After a bit of searching to find someone willing to part with the item I found a person and started the trade. Probably not, because Villain's Veil is a new hat, and will lose value rapidly. Bill's hat cannot be crafted, dropped, so it will maintain/go up in value over time.
