Bill's. People obtained Vintage Bill's (I THINK) by deleting theirs claiming it was an accident. Steam Support then granted them a Vintage Bill's hat to make up for it, or something.

Vintage bills cost about 2 buds now adays. Some bills were turned vintage because people deleted them and valve restored them as vintage. They stopped doing it though Holy fuck ninjas all up in here
