I'm new to trading in TF2, I haven't done this much. But I really like the Tossle Troublemaker cap(the one for Scout). I have a refined for it, but I'm having a hard time communicating with people on the TF2TP for it. I also have a Bills Hat, but I don't think trading it for a Scout hat would be worth it at all.. I want to make a fair trade where both of us win, do you guys think that 1 refined for the scout hat is alright, or should I make some more refined?

Yea you need like 2ref++ for the tossle cap. I see that you have an unequipped v.stainless pot. i am sure you can get a tosslecap for that. And yes giving a bills for a tosleecap is too much.

As far as I know, 2 refined is the price for a NV one.
