Guys, I have an idea. Let's end raffles forever.
No, really. There are so many ways of giving out free hats. Mere luck shouldn't decide about it. There are so many ways to do it!
Let's list some.
Killing Floor, somebody makes a server and sets it on "The hell on earth" and fleshpounds only. The last survivor gets a hat.
Left 4 Dead/2 - Expert/Expert Realism with 4 people. Go through the map without dying to earn one point. Person with most score wins.

and uh, it's kinda late so im going to tell you more stuff later.

I agree with you that raffles should end and more competitions should be made, but L4D2, Killing Floor? Why not just in TF2, since this is about TF2?
I have both games though, so I don't really care, but other people might not have it.

Of course, ideas won't end here. You just have to be creative. We can do creeper duels on arena, demomen equipped with Creeper on a Stick will be fighting and the last one alive wins If there will be a draw or something... I don't know then. :v
