There is one problem though:
People participating in contest probably won't have the time at the same time. It will take time before contest begins. While raffles are quick.
How about a quiz or something?

I could do a quiz. The problem with server events are that people get lag, cause problems or there is general hysteria and nothing gets done. (i.e most of jesse's events. :v: )
