Its not Hex Octal or Binary so don't bother with that stuff, already tried and ended up with a bunch of unknown characters.

I'll give you a hint, I used 3 different websites to encode and translate this to hell. One of them is rot13.com, so I'd start there.

Okay, I'll give some more hints since this is too absurdly difficult and contrived for such a small prize (perhaps I should save something like this if I ever get an unusual to give away :allears:). The first site you should go to is rot13.com, the second is [url]http://home2.paulschou.net/tools/xlate/[/url]. Don't rule out having to pass the results of the decoded codes through different filters to get more codes to decode.
