I support this cause, as I too use all the fixes you've done
Valve and the higher ups only do what they feel like and can do, otherwise they act like the issue is a pink elephant in the room that they wish they never promised to fix
I'd love to help, but I really don't know what I could do. And since I can't model, that puts me lower on the ladder.
Also, different HUD icons for certain unlockables or "means of death". (FaN, telefrags, I'm looking at you.) Even more also (but of lesser priority), unique taunts for each unlockable. (No more revolver taunt for the Ambassador, etc.) Even more even more also (but of a lesser priority than my first suggestion and higher priority than my second), domination lines for medic, heavy, and pyro.

"Means of death" would be near impossible, because you cannot simply add kill icons into the game, as far as I know. I would greatly love it if we got all the appropriate kill icons, but sadly, I believe that's up to VALVe. Unique Taunts? Man, that would take A LOT of work. Think of all the weapons that share taunts. This would definitely be preferable, but very hard. Also, like kill icons, cannot be fit into the game like a skin. It must be added by VALVe (Like what they did to the Uber saw) Domination lines... Heavy needs class specific, Pyro is understandable (For the reason that he has none, not himself), and something is up with the Medic's voice-actor... All in all, I agree with what you're saying. I want them all in game. But they are just a tad difficult.

Well, all we need now is a new sandman kill icon (the old one can be used for if someone is killed while stunned), minicrits, team colored crits (not just red), death by various environmental things (fire, poison, water, falling, laser, payload bomb/explosion, etc.), medic taunt kill, FaN icon, backburner kill icon, backburner kill from behind icon, reflect sniper bullet/sentry rocket kill icon, natascha icon, blutsauger icon, rollpipe icon (old nade launcher icon can be used for direct hits). Uh, I think that's just about everything.
