I'll give an A for effort, at least you're tring. Team Roomba had it a lot easier cause back in 2007 valve didn't have all the bugs fixed. I can't find anything to do really, I had one good exploit that I used once and it's allready gone. So do what you can, stack teles so you get stuck, put teles in front of sentries and be a pyro and go in front of snipers, there really isn't much else to do.

Medics still have huge potential to be assholes in many many ways.
You can purposely heal/uber spies
Never heal anyone the whole round, and don't attack enemies. Just follow everyone.
Try to use the needles and saw to heal people like you don't know you have to use the medigun. Never use them on an enemy because you think it'll heal them.
Deploy an uber during setup time
When you get an uber and the team is planning to charge out with it, set it off with no target, so [i]you're[/i] the only invincible one.
Uber someone for just a second, then switch weapons and attack the enemies.
Engineers too.
Build teleporters that hardly cover any ground.
Always build entrances and exits in opposite spots. Feign not understanding English.
Build next to another engineer, but use his dispenser. Works better if you have an accomplice to do the exact same.
On defense, always build your sentry really close to the enemies where it gets destroyed easily. Never protect the point or home base or whatever.
Never build anything, just go combat engi.
You could do something similar as a spy. Never use a cloak or a disguise, but still act like a spy and wonder why the enemies always kill you so fast. Accuse them of hacking.
The possibilities are endless, but if circlejerking sounds like more fun, it's probably about time to break out the KY.

I've never seen a better video than theirs, which is pretty sad since TF2 has been out so long and has so much untapped griefing potential.
If there are any videos funnier than Roomba's, let me at them.
Putting teleporters in engi nests that goes all the way back to spawn/intel is pretty funny, especially on servers with alot of people using their mic.
Well guys, with our first video (It has been deleted) We ripped off TEAM ROOMBA without me even knowing it. I had only watched the "More Team Fortress 2" Griefing video and not the original. Turns out the engineer idea of being useless and building at the spawn was exactly what they did too. And I thought I was being original, :saddowns:
