As a representative of Mann Co. and it's affilates, I cannot confirm nor deny any ties to organized crime syndicates in the Alaskan-Siberia areas, nor an underground hat smuggling tunnel that may or may not be dug underneath the Bering Strait, but I can say without a doubt Mann Co. had absolutely NOTHING to do with the saving of Poopy Joe's cranial area (from an explosion that we were no where near, for additional unneeded clarification of the truth) for mafioso-esque threatening tactics.
