The Pyro's seems to take place in a pipeline-like map. I imagine Meet the Pyro will be some sort of slasher, showing his evident schizophrenia.

I think you have gimmick confused with utility. Sure, the thing is quite useful, but you've got to admit that the idea of playing a bonesaw in order to heal people seems a little contrived.
To me, it just seems like they needed a way for the Medic to heal in Medieval Mode and that's what they came up with.

The skybox visible through the shack's window was the same one used on dustbowl. It was likely desert-themed like dustbowl is.
