My first thought. Honestly, wouldn't they weigh his arms down more, making his punching slower? Unless they're really hot and make him hit faster or something. But that's the GRU.

Heavy's Fists should get Bleed as he punches out all their blood.
By that i mean his normal default fists. Not any of his new weapons or anything.

The Eviction Notice should get Jarate, Milk, Bleed on each hit on a target. Then each hit gives the heavy ten seconds of uber, with his health buffed to the max. That's the best way to make the Eviction Notice balanced.
WTF I come here thinking it's a new promo, maybe fixing some broken translation, or perhaps updating some localization files. But I just ended up disappointed and I got pumped for nothing.
