ffs, Demoman is one of my favorite classes, I would like some actual fucking weapons for him, not swords and shields.
You're using melee weapons in a game full of guns, that's the sets biggest downside. With that said, mark my words, the vanilla Demoman is and will remain the superior build. No amount of gimmicky melee weapons will ever surmount the terrifying report of a Kritkreiged sticky launcher.

I can't wait to use the shield+boots with the caber. Add the turban and I can become Osama Bin Demo.
Also, if those fucking boots replace the Grenade launcher than I've lost all hope in this game.

I don't know if everyone just has extreme luck in the amount of demoknights they see or what, but I hardly ever see any. It's always just pipe/sticky with a caber/pan/bottle for me. A bit sad, too, since demoknight has such high customizability.

I'm interested in "Can deal charge impact damage at any range". Maybe the round things on the shield are explosives that you can launch at people by cancelling the charge?
The sniper one wasnt too interesting, but this demo set seems like itd be pretty fun to use.

Demoknights with this set basically use their GL and the heads bonus for charge turning (I bet so many demoknights will suck at this at first) and some extra base health. Demoknight < Vanilla demo and this kind of demoknight is even worse than normal demoknight. Still wish valve would lay off of the fucking melee shit though...
Okay Valve, remove the grenades on the Demoman's vest and rename him to Knight, please. Chop chop.

I wish Valve knew what the Demoman did. The Ordinance pack was a step in the right direction but this fucking resets it.
