Shield: Assuming it doesn't give the Targe's critboost I'm fine with it. Otherwise same as above but in Medieval with 170 damage charges at any range on a class with 235 hp.
Sword: "No ammo" could be either a good downside or a horrible one.
Sniper
Rifle: It's ok.
Sword: "The Equalisor"? Never heard of it.

I bet the biggest complaint with this would be the removal of team colours, as opposed to the fact everyone's naked. From most TF2 players, at least. Maybe they'll wear armbands?

Losing your melee weapon can be a big thing, a passive down side would be nice but this is ok.

Yes but i'd say it might be less noticeable on the scout, a scout can often fall back to reload when compared to a soldier stuck reloading in fire fight.
I'm hoping for some more completely new designs for weapons instead of using the same basic things but with different stats. Not that I don't mind the stat changing
