In regards to the backwards-sword thing mentioned a few times already: I've actually seen a book about swordfighting in the middle ages, and it's actually a real move to grab the blade and hit someone with the hilt. I think it's because the hilt was better for breaking in an enemy's armor or something...You gotta be wearing gauntlets, though.

If you're not using a two-handed sword then use the damn shield. Really, grabbing the blade with iron/steel gauntlets is not good, that does the blade bad in the long run. Anyway, I wonder how the demo unlocks can be used with other weapons than the update weapons.

Hmm, it's very possible that I'd forgo the shoes to keep my Loch n' Load. I don't really care about the +25HP (demoknights have been dealing with a base of 150 anyways) and being able to control your charges matters a lot less when you only have to wait 6 seconds between charges. EDIT: Oh right can't pick up ammo, nvm

I think the update for Demoman will be awesome. It sounds fair to me since most people work together, like giving Heavy and Demomen Kritzcharges and Übercharges to Pyros and etc, not gonna talk about sentry nests and fast Snipers. Off-topic: Post #triples. :fyadride:

So I definitely need The Family Business shotgun, The Enforcer revolver, all the Demoman items and the Atomiser bat.

Hopefully there will be new sounds............ ....... ..... ... :smith: Oh well at least i hope the new shield/boots will have a new charge sound,that would be a cool move from valve. Don't forget about it. Valve will make another god-damn 5 patches to fix their god damn Major Update.

Is using the new Demoman set but with the Ullapool Caber considered bad taste?

I had a strange dream last night, about Meet the Medic. It was an interactive movie, essentially a game of Payload on a Dustbowl - like map. Depending on how you played and what class you were, different clips relating to the game were played. The map itself was awesome too, because the platform the bomb went on mid-stage was similar to the end platform of PLR_Hightower, only it went underground to a darker, mining region. Anyway, it wasn't that good, so don't feel like you missed out on anything.
