Holy shit, triple jump? For less [i]melee damage?[/i] This is pretty much Scout's Equalizer. Probably not gamebreaking, but a straight buff nonetheless. The Soda Popper actually sounds pretty cool. Faster reload and no knockback (I'm assuming) means it won't be hindered in the same way the FaN is. The "Hype" meter sounds fun too, I can't wait to try this weapon. The Winger looks kinda useless, stock Pistol is only really good for a spammy finisher, which this can't do.

Guys, the scout is gonna have 3 different charging metres at the same time. Hype, Jar/Drink and Ball. :V

Have any of us considered the possibility that the FaN extra 'jump' won't stack with the new bat's extra jump, just as you can only FaN jump once?
