I record every round as a demo file,
Then i record the moment with PldX recorder with maximum graphics.
Open the TGA files in VirtualDub and save them as avi.
Open the Audio and Video in After Effects.
Edit.
Render.
Upload the video on youtube.

Oh no I just meant how everyone was able to get such great clips. So I guess you guys do just record every game as a demo.

Actually, if I remember correctly, demo files stay pretty small.
I didn't have much experience with them, so don't take my word for this, but I'm pretty sure that even if it was over an hour long, it'd still be less than a hundred megabytes.
Now when you export it, sure, it's probably gonna be pretty big. But you know, w/e.
clientside demo files are equivalent to the amount of data you download during the match, give or take
so that'd be 30 kilobytes per second at most
