Kill them in the most ridiculous ways (W+M1 Pyro, melee, and sometimes, if my luck helps me, random crits) and taunt. They usually rage quit.

1 sr sticky can destroy a doorway full of stickies. Just have a heavy open the door after you thrown one at it.
Then you have to deal with smart demos that put them on top of the doors.
spawncamping doesn't bother me but Sticky spawn camping does

The only spawn campers I hate are Pyros, Demos, and Engineers.

i was going to mention this too. maps with doors that you can't see through are hilarious for stickycamping.
a prime example of this is ctf_turbine. the metal door leading to each team's spawn is a perfect spot to plant 3 stickies and wait for someone to step through.
