You can only kill a guy with the hat once for it to go towards getting said hat? That way you have to kill like, 10-50 different people to get the hat, or just wait for a drop, or wait to craft it.

Actually Robin said his e-mail should really only be used for things like bug reports or personal inquiries. He suggested posting any ideas on the Steam forums so that they can gauge the community response to them and see how they develop amongst the community.
