This is a bit old, but where do I put the intro.bik for the heavy valve intro thing? I search intro in tf2content.gcf and nothing called intro.bik

Rename it into Valve.bik and put it in the folder with the other valve.bik in it.

And valve in a search doesn't bring up Valve.bik either...

I think the emblem is pretty nice, an equalizer with wings :D

Or the respective team logos. For colours, I prefer less saturated browns, so I don't think any of those really fit into TF2, but that's just me. Also I think that the normal map is a bit too detailed, TF2 usually has a smoother look. And finally, have you read my earlier comment about the smoothing? I think that would work a lot better. Edit: Just noticed it, and I definitely dig the little belt going around it.

Yeah I also like the Emblem. Maybe if you can add a red/blue tint to it as an alternate?

I suppose the emblem is fine. I do agree that the normal map is a bit over-detailed.
