hey hey i wouldn't call that deerstalker finished
hey hey i wouldn't call that deerstalker finished
It could use some darker-colored (but still team colered) lines like on this: [editline]04:07PM[/editline]
How about "The Devious Deerstalker"?
Makes more sense than delicate.
Somebody needs to post more, decent ideas. I am really dry on ideas right now.
I can recommend anyone making TF2 items to follow this tut: [yt]2e0SEaSXrhA[/yt] Great for making better looking textures. Edit: ugh, how do you embed jewtube vids here? Edit 2: Thanks ever so much for the dumb vote. If you know better, why not actually respond and answer my question?
Used to use tags, but they got broken
I still think the TV screen should be smashed with Pyro's face showing through.
That was my original idea, but I prefered the animated static texture. Probably going to do both.
Make it have an animated texture of the pyro's head in the TV
I refer you to the above quote.
Ok, I fixed the name, as for it not being finished. I'd have way too much trouble trying to get a checkered kind of pattern on it using 256x256. If you want to try though Feel free to comment on my shitty UVW Mapping skills.

I actually liked it flat, but anyway, fix'd.

I'm revisiting my axe. Wish me luck!
How about "The Devious Deerstalker"?
I like the name.
You do realize that you could have started with an image around 768x768 then scaled it down and saved it at 256x256....
I tried that, the lines fade a little bit so you can see the seams on the texture. I spent a little bit more effort mapping it (still don't see why it's so important, stuff in TF2 is usally very solid-coloury) That line pattern is 4x4 pixels, each line is a single pixel wide.

feel free not to mention my garrison cap CHUMP! I guess that is unreleased though so it's a special circumstance
Also, iirc the backwards baseball cap was done already as well, but not by me.
Sorry.

still amazed there aren't any sword fish models for the eyelander/equalizer
nobody in the emporium is skilled enough to do organic models :v:
still amazed there aren't any sword fish models for the eyelander/equalizer
This is the most ridiculous idea yet. I love it.
Fish aren't that difficult. I made quite a good one when I started out modelling. I'd do it, but I only make Spy hats :)

You expect me to believe that the hearse I wear on my head can talk? That's just silly.
