It smashes the glass of the sniper's scope, piercing the Sniper's eye and causing him take 27 damage.
You could make it on one eye only (the one that isn't jammed up the scope).

Alright, thanks. I was curious because there's a weapon idea I'm tempted to do since I think it would be cool, but I don't have any modeling experience. I'd be willing to learn though, so I was thinking someone might be able to point me in the direction of a tutorial or two if I decided the idea was good enough and could explain it with a picture.

It looks like the sniper doesn't actually look straight into the scope.
