That's the same problem I have with my TV hat (apart from the crappy overall quality) and that's why I didn't have any plans to send it to valve from the beginning.

On a side note, possibly doing Demo's towers of hat tonight (afro + bonnet + stove pipe). I know Neo said he was going to make the scout's, so maybe we can have every class covered.
The only thing I don't know is if I should leave the "Modest Pile of Hat" as is, since it would be kinda stupid replacing it with only the fro and have two of the same hat.
Thoughts?

We need to figure out an order to put the hats it. And as in 'we,' I mean I make the choice, then I force you (A.K.A., my slaves) the put them in such an order.
Either way...
Soldier:
The Stash goes around his original helmet, on top of the goes the Stainless Pot, then on top the that the Tyrants Helm.
Pyro:
The Brigade Helmet goes on the bottom, then the Beanie, then to top it all of, his little Respectless Rubber Glove. Jiggleboned, of course.
Demoman:
The Demoman gets his Fro to rest atop his skull, with the the Stove Pipe placed upon said Fro. The the Bonnet, for it is BORN to be shown off, with its puffy thing at the top.
Heavy:
Football Helmet, Ushanka, and the Torque. Is simple, da?
Engineer:
Ten Gallon, his little train cap, and, if possible, the mining hat around the cap. I know it's possible, but would it look good?
Medic:
He wears the mirror like normal, and has the Tyrolean, with the Pickelhaube on top, with its spike shining proudly.
Sniper:
He wears the trophy belt like normal, the panama on top, with the headband placed on that. I'm thinking leaning, or actually around it, like the Solder's Stash
Spy: Billycock, then the Fedora. The Camerca Beard may also go on too, maybe.
And we need an "All Class" one.
Gibus, then Bill's Hat, then the Halo on top of that.
Seems fitting, personally.
Anyone like those opinions?

If you click 'Remove', all it does by default is remove the visual edge, not the vertices that make up that edge. You end up with the same amount of tris as before. Holding CTRL when you click 'Remove' removes those additional vertices as well. It's [I]the[/I] tool to use when getting rid of edge loops and optimizing.
