Rather nice, the texture flows with the model's curved it really looks great. Although you may have a problem with it being a bit stiff even with jiggle bones.

My next hat idea is a binary-counter hat for the engineer. I'm going to try and put 4 lightbulbs on his head and then rig an animated texture to make them light up in a counter order. So this would loop:
