Somebody please help me get a good, BIG metal texture that is for tf2, i can't find any with good paintbrush marks and whatnot on it.

Well the paint marks are pretty easy, literally just find the square paint stroke looking brush in photoshop, set the opacity down to like 20% and spam it everywhere until you have a good base. Then you kinda work from there. With metal, a lot of the detail comes from the specularity settings. I don't have photoshop, nor a square brush :( and i don't get how to do the phong shading and stuff, i haven't tried to mess with it or anything Edit: i meant to say i use GIMP, which doesn't have a square brush. I suppose i could make one though

And as for a release you'll have to wait until Valve refuses it. Or more optimistically, you'll have to wait until the community update!

The side effect of that is perhaps cluttering the OP with them, but I wouldn't want that either and they certainly don't need to be there. And when all of them are done (by me or someone else) a pack will probably be done with all of them.
You could possibly fix it by assigning the offending vertices to the shoulder bone (clavicle)
