How? When I change skin it doesn't change on the hat (on hats that do work ingame, even official ones).
Also, it ALWAYS loads the red counter_hat.vmt for some reason. I replaced the contents with the blue one's, and then both teams wore the blue version (so no troubles with either the .vmt or the .vtf). Also I tried reversing the two references in the .qc so that the red should walk around with the blue base texture and vice versa, but to no avail.
Here's the relevant part from my .qc, if anyone sees a problem please let me know:

Nah, it replaces the gibus. All my custom hats replace the gibus, but that's mainly for testing purposes. In the end, I hope they all get ingame as official hats.
Wouldn't it be simpler to make this replace the mining light? ;)

Well, the mining light is the coolest engi hat imho, and this was easier so I can make ingame screenshots without actually having an engi hat ( :'( )

Nidpig here. I'm bored and feel like showing off how the watch looks so far.
I'm sure you've noticed, but I changed the innner buttons to a golden color as I figured having it as a turquoise color wouldn't seem right for both RED and BLU spies. (Will probably change the portrait for the BLU Spy's watch with a RED Scout's Mom).

Trying VERY hard to copy the artist's style, whoever skins the original and unlockable weapons (probably Dhabih).

Scout's mom looks extremely out of place. Not to the mention the watch is basically a reskin.
