Actually, a TFC recolour+hat pack in general would be rad.
Hat replacements would be like
Sniper -Yellow Belt - Ghille Suit ( covers snipers head, coonnected to his shirt)
Panama - Bowman's Boonie style hat
Soldier's Bill Beret - Team coloured with a small skull on it.
Demoman - Stovepipe/Bonnet - Blast helmet.
Medic - Mirror - Hairnest and sneeze guard.

Tuque - Bandanna and goggles.

I have been requesting a TFC Heavy Helicopter helmet since the fourth Mod Emporium topic. Daimao was going to make it, but abandoned it. Now someone else is working on it and I pray they do not abandon it as well. I'll post the link here if he does finish it.
Some of the TFC ideas look worth stealing.

Someone requested this in the last emporium and I decided to give it a go. Keep in mind this is my first model [b]EVER[/b] and it's not finished, I still need to add more detail to it and tweak it's position a bit more.
The texture is just a placeholder (I'm going to redone it from scratch once I finish it)

I was thinking exactly that :D, but as I said it's still nowhere near complete.

It's clearly the tv from the team selection.
Make it more like a real television rather than a really flat one.

Don't worry, both things were in my plans already.
Rounded edges and give volume to the screen, maybe skew everything a bit to fit better in TF2, and make the screen hollow to see pyro face.

Quick question: is it true that Natascha shares the same skin as Sasha (in regards the everything but the belt and ammo drum)? I wanted Natascha to have a different skin from Sasha but if that is true, it'd require a changed model correct?

I tried hard but I couldn't think of anything, it's cool. cool hat. thanks for makin my requested hat. Fits his headshape a lot better than the tyrolean even if that is the snazziest fuckin hat in the game.

If you mean for the minigun part of the model (and not the bullet belt thing), then yes, because Natascha uses a detail .vmt command so that it is darker.

How hard would it be to modify Natascha's model so it would use a different minigun texture?

I'm not sure either but if I were to guess I'd say one would have to open up the model and modify the line that points it to Sasha(original minigun)'s textures so that it would point instead to a new texture. Then copy and edit the original texture, rename it and bingo.
Course, that's just how I think it'd go.

Just before I go to a load of trouble, I want to get something straight. Changing the basetexture via VTFEdit will allow Natascha to use a different skin AND without changing Sasha(the original minigun)'s textures. Is this right?

VMTs are just .TXT
Or use VTFEdit.
I just tested it, it works, merely changing the bastexture works.
