Right I have sorted it. For the people having trouble with access problem for starters load up a map and type in the console status and write down the steam ID number which will look like this STEAM_0:0:12345678.
then goto rcbots folder in steamapps folder > rcbots (you know where u installed it) and in the config folder, open up accessclient and edit the "steam_in_lan" to "STEAM_0:0:12345678" but remove the ":0" so it will look like this "STEAM_0:12345678" 63
then go start tf2 up, type in the console plugin_load "..\bin\HPB_Bot2" then create a server and open up the console and type "rcbot addbot (class number)" and that should be it

In my own opinion these are dumb bots but if someone makes more waypoints they will be ok for practising but there no were near good standards yet.
Is there any way to play 10v10-20v20 without a major FPS drop?
Those bots are surprisingly fun and even being a spy works.

Working pretty good. The bots spawn, play and everything. Just one bad-comment, maybe a bug:
They run fucking faster than I do. Comparing myself with a bot, same class as me, he gets to the middle of the bridge in 2fort when I barely get over the edge at sniper-platform-place, both of us starting in spawn...
How do you add bots to different teams? So like me vs 10 scouts?
