There's only a few minor tweaks Ragnar and I gotta' take care of and then it's finished for good. What you see now is pretty much the final product minus the tweaks that need to be addressed.
I'll upload a youtube video later showing the jigglebones and animation in action.

All I did was make it look pretty since I draw and paint for a living and I can't model for shit. He and I fill in the voids we can't fill (he says he can't paint for crap).

I'd like to have a look at it, yes.
The Family Business is such a bad model technical wise
it has no shell ejection "bone" and no bullet tracer origin.
Shoot it and you'll see shells and tracers spawning from your face
not to mention the lightning problem, the bad shadow bake, the pump grip not moving and the terrible model viewpoint origin

Go lighter on the head. The current version that's just a silhouette is funny; every new line on the icon makes it less so. Remember, it's not a complex machine like the Medic's other weapons; it's just a solid block of marble. The icon should be equally blunt.

Bit late here, but I'd rather it was for heavy. We already know he's in love with American culture from some of his hats, but the only weapon that reflects that is the Tomislav.
The melee could be either some broken motorcycle rims used like brass knuckles or a set of handlebars using the Saxxy anims, the secondary could be a makeshift shotgun made from an exhaust pipe and since the smartgun from Aliens was made using motorcycle parts, a stylized version of it could make a good minigun replacement.
