The brim goes up more at the sides on the ten gallon.
The belt around the top of the hat is different.
The top of the hat is slightly different and bigger. As in the way it dips at the side isn't as prominent in that one and its more rounded at the back.

To me that sounds very weird, but I understand.

I'm sorry, but right now this just looks like a guy in a handmade dragon costume.
Here's what you need to do.
+Get some reference photos! Photos of dragons from popular games or movies, and maybe look at some bulky dinosaurs on their hind legs for more reference.
+The jaw is way too rectangular, the eyes are far too high up, and the teeth are way too even, thet straight horns look unnatural, and the texture of the belly skin suddenly goes flat (but you probably haven't really started that hard on the texture just yet)
+The model doesn't look like it would fit the pyro's hitbox, let alone posture. Here's a 360 view of all of the character's hitboxes (pyro included) so you can model your character around it.
