And before I get asked for the umpteen billionth time, yes, these have the updated Demoman emblems in them. Have had them for a very long while.
That version is probably better because it just uses new vmts.

Except Pyro, Engineer, and Sniper's eyes don't glow, something that can't be done without a lot of tweaking and extra textures. I made a VMT pack like that in the past but never fully figured out how to get the eyes to glow (I could get them to be yellow, just not [i]glow[/i]) because once murphy ninja'd me and released his version first, nobody wanted to help me with mine anymore.
