I'm planning on combining it with the eyelander, it has the sheath already.
I doubt i'll keep working on it though, everything clips.

Apparently someone said they're bugged pretty bad. I'm not sure what the problem was, but I still wouldn't recommend installing them in the first place.
Are the seams any better? I'd love all the feedback I can get!

An update. Made the color scheme to fit the gunslinger more. And texturing it now as a we post.
Also as a little tidbit, i found that the Gunslinger is sitting at 5443 tris. So having my my robot arm at 7800 unoptimized faces, i think, is a modest count.[/QUOTE]
I realize I'm a couple of pages late on this, but I do hope you reconsider the wear-and-tear on the shoulder. It should grow lighter around the edges, where the pieces fit together and rub on each other, rather than random spots in the middle, where nothing happens.
I assume the hand hasn't been done yet, and I hope you apply the same method to the hand - TF2's textures tend to highlight edges as spots of real wear-and-tear.
Looking really good so far otherwise. Keep it up.
