I have made this terrible drawing to demonstrate its usefulness:

Select a few vertices that create a hole in the model because they are apart, use weld vertices to weld them together, thus closing the gap. Simples.

Got it replacing the Spiral Sallet now, as everyone should have that. One more thing I need to do before release is figure out a phys-model for it(and how to make one). I mean, it's going to stay on the soldier when he dies(not pop off) but I'd like it to be complete, ya know?

I'm getting a problem though, team colours don't work for me in first person, only third; always shows as red team.

Well shit, did some looking around and it's the good 'ole [i]items_game.txt[/i] being a dick again, as far as I can figure out.
To get a team colour viewmodel you need to have this assigned:

}[/i]
And since you can't edit that file, you can't get team colour viewmodels.

i'll give it a go.
edit: the main problem seems to be the actual recording itself. it's way too high pitched. and lowering seems to give it a slighty..disturbing sound
