Oh god, did Valve use my shitty paintable texture for the turtleneck? Please tell me they used the normal texture and made it paintable themselves, mine is so shit.

The shoulders could be re-proportioned quite a lot without changing rig, you know. I think small hands suits the Director.

Paint doesn't just wear away like that. Using metal tones to highlight edges works, because that is exactly what happens with paint. Default Valve weapons have this same occurence - they have subtle impressions of use. Overall I would say your brush strokes are too strong, brush strokes are all fine and dandy but they're generally not quite as vivid as you have them. I love the model but I hope you can iron this out.

I rebuilt some headgear and ended up with a (currently) black Milkman. [img]http://filesmelt.com/dl/black_milkman.jpg[/img] Looks pretty good, actually. Plus now I can get the grossly unbalanced set bonus on the class I don't play very often.

I certainly drew some inspiration from it (the horns and star design on the grip, etc.), but overall it's more based on a Desert Eagle than anything. So no, I'm not planning to do the rest of the pack. I've got my own ideas for a shotgun and I've already made the melee for my pack (which I posted a few pages back).
Well, yeah! It's a BB replacement when I get done with it. I've always liked the BB's design, but the Medieval stuff was very short lived. Valve isn't even interested in it anymore I don't think, except maybe for Demoknight. So I figure let's modernize the bastard!
