Haven't you been around for the whole Pie_Tony's stylin' pimpin' update? I believe you get nothing for submitting styles, though. You might get a community weapon if you do it a lot and Valve is in a good mood. But, otherwise, it's just to make the players happy, that's a reward in itself. Also, since Royzo made the Basher, I'm sure he wouldn't mind.

Someone should try make different scoreboard icons depending on what weapon they're using. For instance, Medigun medics use the normal red cross, kritzkrieg medics use a modified version where the ends turn into lightning bolts, quick fix medics have lots of small red crosses tessellating. The weapon that the changes depend on would be the most radical weapons in their load outs, so a soldier with a buffpack has a different icon then a shotgun soldier. This could be an advanced option, for people who want to keep the scoreboard simple.

I made a new version of the texture for the multi-class fedora I'm making. Same base colors for each class as before, but the brush strokes are different, and cleaner looking since it's a 512x512 texture, compared to 256x256. I'll probably submit it with both textures, since the 256 one doesn't look bad. Hey guys, I'm going to make an HUD (with all the cloaking textures) and loadout icon pack using the new characters, but I need to find the characters icons (not the one in materials/console/characters because they have no feet) and I'm going to need a person who can recolor them blue. Can anyone help me out?

Can I ask the mappers a question? In maps with mirrors, how come you can't view yourself in firstperson, only thirdperson or taunting?

You could exaggerate them further or remove them, right now they just look like accent lines.

Imagine if looking at him from a farther distance, you'll lose visibility completely. Personally I think you should keep it simple and just remove them.
