Mobility = Less Power/ Ammo

I'm aware that the arm is cut off on the right side but I wanted to maintain the same size for the characters. Unless you don't mind the Soldier being smaller than the Spy.

I was kinda hoping the whole thing'd get picked up, but if the fan doesn't work out then you can try it by all means. You might want to look up the [url=http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Wankel_engine]Wankel Engine[/url], though. It's what I based my backpack's central design off.

I'm really not a fan of the texture work to be honest. It doesn't really look natural. Looks more like it's made out of cheap cloth than metal. And I still think it's a bit too rough and misshapen.
This is a conquistador helmet I made a few months ago. Hopefully it'll give you a bit of inspiration on what you might consider doing with the helmet to improve it. I recommend more of a smooth, flowing shape to the helmet itself and a much lighter and sharper texture that looks a bit more metallic.

I wasn't actually aiming for a smooth shape, I was aiming for a sharp tilted shape like a pikeman helmet rather than a conquistador helmet. I chose the blackish color because it fit the demomans bombsuit and the packs axe blade. I also thing that while the shape is great, the phong and texture on yours are kinda off, the phong is way more strong than it should be and the paint like looks kinda forced. I might do something with my top though(alot of feathers? idk)

Sorry about not replying sooner but I was asleep. I already found the problem, which was that not all the vertices were assigned to vertex groups, so not all the vertices were being controlled by the bones. I'm still having issues with assigning the vertices to the right bones, however, but that's not an export error, that's just a visual issue.
