I finished the gun up and baked it with Ambient Occlusion on and the Margin Set to 8. Then this happened.

It would be much more balanced if it was harder to block the path and if the attacking team could somehow reverse it to open the path up again.

How about a self-moving cart and teams are fighting over capture points to modify the path? Once capped by either team, it's locked at that path.

It would be pointless just to let them destroy it instantly, again that video is only a demonstration. It should take a larger amount of people and firepower to make a blockade.

Hit the recalculate button on those blackfaces. They are showing the back side of the face at the moment. Otherwise you need to "Flip Direction" on this black faces.

I tried both of those, but neither of them worked. They would either make the texture transparent or just not make any noticeable changes.

He's referring to the exact directory within the GCFs to load the model, not shooting a detonator and taking a screenshot quickly.

Also it only shows up while reloading - the detonator still fires the original flare :v:

Valve have been oddly lazy considering they have done a lot of things like the new flare, sounds & such.

Nice, but i tbh don't like the high amount of team colouring. Stands out far too much.
Perhaps dull it down, but then don't rely on me to judge colours, since I am mildly colour-blind.

Look at your Garrison Cap pins. All of the rim highlighting/phong is not just baked in, but it's baked in with [I]gradient[/I] highlights, meaning the falloff from highlight to base color is perfect.

The only time gradients are used at all in diffuse maps are for aging some parts of wood textures, and even then it's barely noticeable.

Looks much better in the lighter scheme, I was going to post complaining about it being too dark a few pages back but noticed you posted this.
Any updates on the Gaben model? I'm still hoping to see him kick some ass with his Ban Hammer in Versus Hale sometime.

The idea really was to aim and get the tank buster pack to fit with these packs that i had planned. But by reversing the color scheme showed that it will have little difference so i think i will stick with the grey tone unless i can make something better.
