Getting my feet wet in animation. Seriously considering on removing the ammo belt all together and replacing it with a curved ammo clip. But that's the lazy way out, though.

I hate to be a bummer but i doubt this'll get in, i mean, it basically turns engie into a mini heavy, which isn't his job
but then again, it all depends on the stats it gets...
though if this replaces primary (which i assume it does) you could only use it in combination with the gunslinger and pistol after level 2, as both the wrench and wrangler uses two hands
an idea would be though that you'd loose your primary at first, (as it is a fist) but then somehow charges up a rage which causes your hand to turn into a minigun for a time
actually something like that would be pretty cool

if you can't hold the primary why would it replace secondary? i mean in that case it replaces both doesn't it?
also the first level is just a roboarm
Animate it so it turns back into a hand when you switch weapons

Perhaps the roboarm would replace your primary and disable sentry building, so you become more combat-focused. But then the gunslinger would have no downside for the +25 hp... well, maybe that would just encourage equipping both.

Also, as what i have stated before, i'm working hard on this set because i enjoy turning my ideas into a reality. If valve wants or doesn't want it in the game, its up to them. I'd rather lose sleep for working hard than sleep quietly in the night knowing my idea will never be seen by people.

i like my idea better, yours practically removes his engineer role
the gunslinger makes him battle focused enough and combining them would probably get overpowered
i dislike items that are made so that they're only useful with another specific item
take the ali baba boots for example, the could've easily added sticky related stats as well but nope, shield only

It's a new spy kit containing the following:
The name for the kit would be "The Night Out"
A new watch;
A new PDA (Cigar Case);
A new Sapper;
and a Bow-tie Misc.
All the items are still work in progress.

Also, you cannot reload your secondary weapon once the arm is upgraded. So yeah, no secondary, no buildings can be built after upgrading the arm. You also cant move your buildings in lvl 2 and 3.
You can however, downgrade back to level 1 so you can have access to all your engie skills.

that's why the ragemeter + timed use would be perfect. say for example all your stuff gets sapped, you go berserk and your arm transforms into a minigun, letting you unleash your wrath for a while, only using the minigunarm and when the berserk time ends your hand transforms back and you can rebuild
so kind of like the Frontier Justice but more fun
the stats would also have to compensate for the lack of a primary when your not raging
plus, valve likes weapons with similar stats because that means they wont have to play-test it/work on it as much

I get it now. Actually its not bad. I kinda like the idea of the engineer needing to achieve something (having his buildings destroyed) before he could use the gun.
This will make it significantly weak but it does encourage action rather turtling which i like. Maybe a different, rage inducing action could trigger the transformation? I dont like the idea of building destruction again so we can all keep the frontier justice.

If the rage meter charges from damage done by sentry, the explanation could be that engies robotic arm gets so inspired by the sentry that it turns itself into a minigun. Taat would also explain how it's out of engies own control, the arm has a mind of its own

they blue soldiers jacket doesn't match team spirit, and the yellow on the grenades don't match cream spirit, also i'm trying out An Air of Debonair for his pants but i'm not sure what I think of it.
seeing how paints are the only colors we cant change i'll have to go by them
plus, this is the HD remade soldier, so the colors might not have been correct in the first place
