though i think you should add the ear covers and the band thing in front, also maybe reshape the hat so the angle isn't so extreme.

Heck, even the Kralle Teddy's making doesn't use normal maps, it's fucking detailed to hell and back and it's still fitting right into TF2.

Random Thought Of The Day: Once the Medieval/Electric/Whatever Update is released sometime in 2028, the next themed update ought to be for TF2-ising old TFC/QWTF stuff.
It's not like it's entirely out of the ordinary: The Heavy's got his bandanna based on his TF1.5 model and the Liberty Launcher looks kind of like the old HL1 RPG. It'd be a nice theme, especially if it was timed to be released on TF's birthday.
I'm a pretty terrible artist, but I might try some crappy concepts later.

You know that's funny, I had the same idea about a year ago and I asked a modder named Drax Quin to put together a TFC hat pack for the entire team.
He eventually managed to do the Spy, the Medic, but he quitted modding before he got around to the Demoman's helmet...
I wonder where Drex went, anyway. He had some nice stuff.

Okay, now I'm not the best at making a concept, so I'll just give you folks this idea. I think I already proposed the same kind of thing a few emporiums ago, so I'll just give an idea to the newer people who joined the modelling community.
Now, any one of you that knows me on Steam (all 2 of you) know I'm quite obsessed with the Steel Ronin. [B]I'm prepared to give a refined metal or so to the person who can make what I'm proposing.[/B] What I'd like is this: [B]the Ronin's gauntlets, pauldrons and feet as a Gunboats accompaniment or replacement with the Beam Naginata as an Equaliser replacement.[/B]

Of course, I'm not asking for an exact replica. I'm hoping for the same shape and design, but with a TF2 look and nowhere near as much detail. I know that it is [I]highly[/I] unlikely that anyone will take on this idea, which is why I've thrown in the refined as some incentive. Sure, you folks likely don't need it and are probably swimming in hats, but it's there.
If it's possible to make this, I'd love it if someone could at least try.
