Been running around the map for the past couple minutes. You've done a really good job with this, and, of course, it's always nice to see some non-desert maps in TF2. Also, the presents scattered around the maps are a nice touch. Always love it when maps have little easter egg-esque things.
I played a game with some bots and it looks really nice, I wish this was official.
Great work, if my local server had this, I'd never play the regular one again. I actually thought that the first screenshot was from sawmill, it's that good.
While generally visually interesting, I must say there are a large number of plain walls. This is one thing that was highlighted alot, and perhaps something you should consider.
Ok Valve, now it's time to add Styles to MAPS!

I [I]love love love[/I] TF2's green theme. A good server with forest'd up original maps would go into my favourites faster than you can say Robin Walker.
Oooh, this is so pretty! I'll be setting up a server in a month or two for a few friends to play in, and this is definitely getting into the rotation.

If it's an issue with SFM being too old, you said it doesn't work exactly right since the goldrush update, then is there anything I can do to fix that?

I believe there's a tutorial on how to get the materials working, but as to particles I have no clue at all.
Are you gonna be changing the theme of any other maps? This looks fantastic!

Some maps have been done to death, like 2fort. I would however ultimately like to take what I've learned from this experience and try making something original in the future. EDIT: meanwhile, i've added lushbowl to tf2maps, but since I can't seem to find an exe that converts bsp to bz2 I just linked from my dropbox link on their site. Nice map, I'd like to try this out if any servers run it.
Listening now to the Kritzkast episode that mentions Lushbowl. Thanks so much Agro, Chronos and Tempest for the mention! I listen to the podcast every new episode and hearing you guys talk about it gives me the jibblies. I'm super honored! Link to that episode is in the op.

I would say try the Kritzkast custom rotation server. Hopefully they have added in the newest version without the pink reflections. If anyone else can find any servers running this they're more than welcome to post that info here.

I thought Valve took care of the wallhacks or is texture mods only blocked by Sv_Pure 2?
