My theory of Misc 1 and Misc 2...
Misc 1 will be renamed "Misc" and will be for miscellaneous items like the Surgery Mask, Grenades, and the Whiskered Gentleman.
Misc 2 will be renamed "Medals" and will be for something entirely different that no human could possibly ever imagine.
