I'm afraid this guy is probably right. It says "To be continued IN the First Annual Saxxy Awards" not "after." It's just another instance of Valve having worded something weirdly so that everyone gets their hopes up.
Like the "It's YOUR turn!" at the end of the Engie teaser video.
